  • PROVIDENCE R.I: On Thursday, November 15th, from 5 to 9 PM, Gallery Z will host the opening reception for the Small Picture Show. This will be the last Gallery Night* for the 2012 season.

    Gallery Z presents The Small Picture Show, a salon style group exhibition, featuring over 250 pieces of art by over 50 artists. All work included in this exhibit will be under fifteen inches by fifteen inches in size, and priced under $300.00.

    As the last exhibit of the Gallery's 11th year, Gallery Z is exited to display work by artists of the Gallery stable.     This six week show runs from November 15th through December 22nd , 2011. There will be three receptions, held on November 15th from 5 to 9PM, November 29th from 5-9PM and December 20th from 5 to 9PM.

    *Gallery Z has two events every month of the year: an opening reception for its current exhibition on the 3rd Thursday of every month, and an Art, Food & Wine reception on the last Thursday of every month, twelve months of the year. Though Gallery Night season is March - November only, Gallery Z carries the torch by continuing the spirit of art in Providence through the winter months.

    Our Art, Food & Wine Creating Awareness for a Cause event is held at the Gallery on the last Thursday of every month. This month's event will combine with Gallery Z's opening reception. The Gallery will partner with the participating public art window, and will host a fundraising event to elevate public consciousness for their cause on November 29th. This event will feature cuisine provided by a local restaurant, and world-class hand selected wine provided by IM Gan Liquors located at 380 Warwick, RI.
